Children Interacting
Nothing is more powerful than the imagination of a child! Every child has great ideas about what they would like to see in their playground. This idea is the perfect way of letting their imaginations run wild is to give them the opportunity to build and create a playground that’s just right for them.

IDEA
I realised that my town didn't have a Playground or a safe outdoors area for children to have fun. This lead me to an idea that interacts with the public and also represents what kids want. For this brief I have decided to make use vacant space and create a public consultation inviting kids in and their views about a proposed new play area. Using something like a magnetic drawing board or lego to build what they would like the playground to look like/have. The idea is to get children involved and have say and provoke outdoor play!

Interactive Campaigns...
I like the idea of an advertisement provoking the public to interact and get involved. This advert below is a very smart idea, the by-passer donates money into the coin-shell. The invitation is; 'One small coin, can make a big difference'. The coins then help to make up a shape, the shapes shown symbolise how the money would be spent; ...roof over their heads...and a bed to sleep in...
Interactive Communication
BRIEF- Create Streetscape
As a result of the recession a large number of commercial spaces have become vacant. They offer large glass frontage at street level. The locations vary from prime retail to local shops/buildings in residential areas. This presents an opportunity for interacting with a high volume of street pedestrian traffic and/or local residents. Your challenge is to offer innovative design concepts and possible solutions that reinvigorate vacant property units and enhance the publics experience. Concepts should aim to capitalise on the commercial and /or socially beneficial opportunities these vacant units present for interacting with the public.
